We have taken the time to produce this stretch video on SUP as an inspiration to stretch after your workout on the SUP.
This video can be used on your smartphone. If you place your smartphone in a water resistant protective case, then you can bring the phone with you on the SUP and pause the video between each stretch.
You can easily use your board leash, a rope, or an elastic band to assist you with the stretches.
We both use SUP Stretch after surfing, a busy work day, a bike ride or after jogging. It is a very relaxing and soothing way to stretch your muscles in a calm and beautiful environment, which also relaxes the rest of your body and soul.
