MMA Striking Tabata Workout

Here is a great, quick MMA, boxing, or striking tabata workout. Tabata training is 4 minutes in total; 20 seconds of high intensity and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds. In this workout I chose to do Jab, Cross, and 2 body shots as the combination. I did a quick warm up before starting and this is just a great little workout when time is limited.
